Initial Clean-up Completed

As you may have noticed, there was a large dumpster on the property last week. It was completely filled with old furniture and garbage from the prior owner as well as some construction waste. It will be removed this Monday (12/1/25). We want to send a special shout out to Danny at Colonial Painting and Carpentry LLC in Stamford. They did an excellent and timely job in cleaning up the property as well as removing paint chips and spraying and wiping down all surfaces to prevent mold buildup. I highly recommend him.
