Beinfield Architecture Officially Part of Team

We figured we would start this to keep everyone informed of significant events at 176 Weston Road. Eventually we will redo our website, but for now this is fine and timing is more important.  We will do our best to keep it up to date.

We have some really good news.  We recently retained Beinfield Architecture as part of our team. Their reputation and creativity in mixed use projects is very impressive.    Our project will be run by the Managing Principal of Beinfield, and fellow “Westonite”, Seelan Pather.  Seelan and his family have lived in town for 12 years.  Many of you may know him as coach Pather (via town little league), but professionally he and his firm have a national reputation, and we are so lucky to have a resource like him available to us. They have done many Connecticut redevelopment projects in South Norwalk and the Corbin Project in Darien to name just a few.  And while our project will have a different feel than those, Seelan truly understands our community and what we are trying to accomplish.    His team is made up of 25 very talented architects, creative planners, interior designers and support staff.  Their creativity is unmatched, and we are very hopeful we have an opportunity to do something very special here.  We are doing our best to assemble the A+ team and with Beinfield we know we have taken a very important and successful first step.  If you want to learn more about Seelan and Beinfield, their website is www.beinfield.com
