Historic Preservationist Retained

Just this past week, we have retained the services of Tod Bryant, a historic preservationist with over 40 years of experience working with owners investing in and repurposing historic buildings and properties. Tod has been involved in 100s of projects throughout CT and meets National Park Service Standards for Historic Architecture, History and Historic Preservation. The National Park Service has an active program to encourage investment in historical properties to ensure their future use as well as preserve their important place in history. Tod's consulting firm is Heritage Resources CT (www.heritageresourcesct.com). Tod is also the founder and President of Norwalk Preservation Trust (www.norwalkpreservation.org) a charity founded in 2003 to preserve historic structures in Norwalk. Tod will be a valuable resource to make sure our project follows the norms used throughout CT and becomes something we are all proud to have as part of our community.
